Pureté Clinic

Booking, Cancellation & Treatment Policy

Appointments

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure sufficient time and care for every treatment. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can provide the full service planned for you.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that other clients are not affected.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to another appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can sometimes change. To allow us to offer the appointment time to another client, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Treatment Courses & Packages

If you have purchased a course of treatments, the same cancellation policy applies.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in one treatment session being deducted from the course.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will also result in one session being deducted from the course.

Course Validity

Treatment courses are designed to be completed within a certain timeframe to achieve the best possible results. For this reason, courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any unused sessions after this period may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and the time reserved for each client, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been carried out. Treatment outcomes may vary between individuals.

Treatment Suitability

Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. The practitioner may recommend postponing or declining a treatment if it is considered unsuitable or if medical contraindications are present.

Medical Information

To ensure treatments are carried out safely, clients are required to provide accurate and complete medical information during consultation and to inform the practitioner of any changes in health, medication, or skin condition prior to treatment.

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with Pureté Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the clinic policies. These policies help ensure fairness, respect for everyone’s time, and the highest standard of service for all clients.
